We lived in Germany and in China. We are entrepreneurs, curators, management consultants and many other things to your clients and love our day jobs because they let uns grow to our full potential and explore life. We also love our friends, family and most of all our kids - who are the most gifted, beautiful and adorable children in the world. In 2020, Wang Man and Brigitte had this inspiration about "Agile Parenting" and started to experiment with agile tools and methods. We told our friends and other parents about it and discovered genuine interest in what we were doing.

We wear many hats, are curious, connected and keen to experiment. We enjoy using technology and are excited about all the good things digital transformation can bring to everybody's life. Being a mum is part of a fascinating learning journey towards a rich, fulfilled, meaningful life.
Brigitte has been studying and living in Asia more than 10 ten years of her life, including eight in China. She enjoys trying out new things, be it cooking a dish with unusual ingredients, introducing a new method for her team or enjoying a performance of contemporary music. She has a daughter and lives in Munich, Germany.

Wang Man has studied in China and Germany and gracefully navigates both cultures. Change management and all variations of Agile are a big chunck of her professional life right now. She is the kind of friend everyone should have – deep, kind and she always knows exactly the person who can help with the problem you just told her about. She has two daughters and lives in Beijing, China.

Xiaoman has done projects that connect Germany and China for many years in the field of business, environmental sustainability and culture & arts. When she has a goal she pursues it, no matter how hard it is. She loves to accumulate knowledge – which brought her to this whole agile thing Brigitte and Wang Man discoverd a while ago. She has a son and lives in Beijing and Guangzhou, China.
