The benefit of agile parenting is the clear focus on what really matters to achieve goals as a team – aka family. Ultimately, this will free up plenty of energy and lots of happiness which are otherwise spent on wasteful activities and unhealthy communication. Organizations and communities may provide a platform where we share how this can be achieved. Agile parenting should go beyond the boundaries of family live and we believe you are never too young to create your first Startup idea, nurture a powerful team and dare to think very, very big! For this reason, we are conducting Hackathons and Startup Weekends at schools and community groups. The process is the same as any successful ideathon in Silicon Valley – real fun and amazingly innovative! Connecting with the creative force inside you is a powerful experience and adrenaline-filled Startup weekends usually have exactly this effect. However, this is not enough to get a business idea off the ground. This is where T_Incubate comes in: Together with our network of Startup founders, business consultants, investors and coaches we give mental support and practical help.

Hackathon

In the course of one weekend, students define a problem, create prototypes and test. In between there are visiting experts and coaches who bring in ideas and challenge the teams – just as it is done in Silicon Valley.

Expect high-paced, adrenaline filled days full of learning where participants will achieve amazing results.
